So I have to say I have to give a five star! I talk to one of the owners, Colleen If I ever have any questions or concerns. she is super sweet! This is a family owned business! and is by far the best storage units I have ever rented. I have been with them for almost 10 years plus! when I was calling every month to pay my rent, I was always treated with respect the lady who does payments since also super sweet .The owners And the employees alike are all kind, well mannered And treat you like family! The units and property are always super clean and how they have a security gate in cameras to reassure their customers that their belongings are in good hands! If you’re looking for a storage unit, I would definitely say to call them and ask them if they have any Available! I will definitely be here even if I’m states away. I know my stuff will be safe! I just wanna say thank you so very much for keeping my things safe and being so kind! In treating me like Part of your family! Colleen and the rest of the staff!

I have had the same unit here for almost 4 years, and have never had any issues or complaints. They are extremely friendly, responsive and over amazing to rent from.

The Winchendon location is clean, secure and well maintained. The customer service is outstanding. The price compared to other storage units in the area is reasonable. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give them a15.
